TAM Viagens, one of Brasil's major travel agencies, would like to increase its sales. Based on the insight that everyone get jealous when they get one vacation auto-reply e-mail we created a low-budget campaign in partnership with Brazil’s major e-mail providers by turning the auto-reply e-mail into an original and customized media. Both who sent and who received the auto-reply won exclusive discounts to travel and TAM Viagens seized the moment of jealousy to turn it into a new sale opportunity.
