About me

Talal was a C-Suite executive and a marketing communications veteran. During his tenure at Omnicom Group (BBDO Worldwide), a global leader in marketing communications, Talal led and managed some of the biggest brands across industries in the Middle East & Africa, including Mercedes-Benz, PepsiCo, Visa, Google, Amazon, GE, P&G, J&J, Mars, ADCB, Dubai Holding, and KFC, among others.

His unrelenting focus on solving business challenges, understanding industries, and consumer behavior in support of media-agnostic ideas led to the creation of famous marcom solutions that delivered brand and sales growth for his clients, as well as topline revenues for his company.

His passion for creating efficiencies and optimization helped him effectively manage people, businesses, and brands. The comprehensive use of technology and analytics allowed him to implement several cost-effective changes to the operational procedures within the group, as well as clients' SLAs.

A true believer in leadership and talent development, during his tenure as a management director, his Dubai agency achieved significant business growth and bottom-line results year over year. It also won several international accolades, including MENA's 'Agency of the Year' title at the Lynx International Festival of Creativity in 2016, 2017, and 2019. Additionally, it was ranked as the 5th most creative agency in the world according to WARC Rankings 2020.
