Creating the Front Cover for LeftLion Magazine: An Ode to the Windrush Generation. When tasked with designing the front cover for LeftLion Magazine, I was struck by the recent news of the Windrush Scandal and its devastating impact. I drew inspiration from the resilience of the Windrush Generation, as well as the injustice they faced. I set to work on the cover to capture the strength and courage of those who had endured so much. I used vivid colours and powerful imagery to convey the message of perseverance and hope. The Windrush Scandal was a stark reminder of the importance of standing up for what is right, and I aimed to create artwork that would pay homage to those who fought for justice. Looking back, I am immensely proud of the finished product and grateful for the opportunity to be involved in such a meaningful project.
