I've been touched by some inspiring and thought provoking stories this week as part of the International Women's Day celebrations.

The issue of work/life balance for women has been discussed widely. It reminded me of the conversation I had with Katie Kempner at Advertising Week Europe about juggling being an entrepreneur and a Mum. I am not sure I ever get the balance just right, but at least I try, every day!
