ABOUT
A project initiated to visually communicate Marty Neumeier's 'The Brandflip: Why Customers Now Run Companies and How to Profit from It' book. After reading the book on how brands fail and why and how brands succeed and why, a section of text was chosen to be visually communicated. The illustration attempts to communicate Neumeier's observations on the past and future of Christmas gift giving from physical gifts to the modern age of gift card giving, after all the best gift of all is the gift of choice and control.
