We employed Silvia from December 2008 to March 2010 as Senior Colourist and Production Manager at our studio in the Isle of Man.
There she trained a team of nine local artists in the Ink and Paint process and worked with and managed them for the duration of the production. She was also the primary link in the colouring stages of the film and liaised with myself, the other studios internationally (Hungary, Brazil, Manila and Spain) and the production base at Estudio Mariscal in Barcelona.
It has been an absolute pleasure to work closely with Silvia over the past 16 months. Her work requires a high level of attention to detail and on every occasion she has proved herself to be a good manager and communicator, hard working, conscientious and reliable. This has been a challenging project on many levels but Silvia has delivered a high volume of top quality work throughout.
