A BRIEF SUMMARY: You must have observed two types of candidates who apply for jobs during your recruitment process. First are those, who practically implements, rather than just speaking about it. Second are those, who will speak a lot to succeed, but unable to deliver practical results at implementation level. I am first type of person out of those two types described above. I won't say I am the best. But I will definitely say with confidence, "I am not less than the best". So, let's begin the journey to prove it practically.

MY LATEST RELEVANT NATIONAL ACHIEVEMENT:

THE CHALLENGE: In 2019, when the first COVID-19 lockdown was announced by the Government of India, a feeling of helping the humanity with a pure intention occurred within me. I couldn't sleep for next 24 hours. I kept thinking whole night, how can I help/contribute? That was a big challenge!

THE SOLUTION: Finally, early morning God helped me by producing a great thought within my brain i.e. a great idea strike in my mind. I decided a content strategy, and began writing a content. The mission was to raise 130 billion INR of funds, directly into the Prime Minister's National Relief Fund (PMNRF). That was a big challenge for a poor country like India. I wrote the content, and then began content marketing of my written content via WhatsApp messaging application. I used content strategy skills, content writing skills and content marketing skills simultaneously. That was the fruitful solution.

THE IMPACT/RESULT/OUTCOME: Everyone across the country, including the entire corporate world, all state government employees, all MPs and MLAs, including Honorable Mr. Prime Minister provided cooperation in my mission to raise funds. Immediately the next day after completion of content marketing, Mr. Prime Minister announced a separate fund named "PM CARES FUND" to receive funds. The greatest achievement was that, the amount exceeded the target of 130 billion INR mark.

MY SYSTEMATIC PROCESS OF WRITING FROM BEGINNING TILL END:

I follow the below systematic pattern in a step by step manner, while writing any kind of content, regardless of whether it's technical content, generic content or copy content:

First step is research, second step is collecting data/information about the relevant topic and industry/sector, third step is begin writing based on what was researched and on the basis of collected data/information, fourth step is proofreading the written content, fifth step is editing for errors/mistakes, sixth step is sending it to concerned/authorized personnel for review, seventh step is to re-edit (if required/asked by concerned/authorized personnel after the review is completed on their end), and finally the last step is to send/publish the approved content.

MY SYSTEMATIC PROCESS OF PROOFREADING AND EDITING:

STEP #1: Check the actual message of the content - Does it deliver the message to the reader for which a particular content was prepared? Does it resolve the problem i.e. Does the content have that matter which actually should be a solution to a problem? What is the purpose of this particular content?

STEP #2: Is it grammatically correct? Is the accent of the English language in accordance with the audience of a particular country? Are the spellings used in accordance with the dictionary of the English language used by the audience of that particular nation for which the content was created? These are important factors because there is a difference in American English, British English, Australian English, etc.

STEP #3: Are the technical specifications taken care of depending on the type of content (i.e. generic content, SEO content, technical content, healthcare content, marketing copy content, creative content, etc.). In certain contents, you need to follows the SEO related instructions. In certain contents, you will need screenshots, markups on screenshots, technical information related to a particular product/service, etc. Similarly, the rules for creating healthcare contents, UI/UX contents, legal contents, engineering contents, etc. are all different and depends on the instructions provided by the seniors/organization/client.

MY SYSTEMATIC TIME-MANAGEMENT PROCESS:

I ensure that I work on minimum 1000 words to maximum 2000 words per day to maintain the high quality of the content. So that the work gets accomplished on time within the 8 working hours of a single day. Accordingly I schedule my next contents for other days.

MY SYSTEMATIC PROCESS TO SELECT CREDIBLE SOURCES:

1) Government Approved Sources are my first priority. That's because, such sources have almost correct information, as they pass through multiple checks before the sources publish any data/information.

2) Reputed top level research centers and educational institutes are my second priority, as they too are bound to follow the rules and regulations made by their concerned governments. So there is less chances of errors in any data/information collected from such sources.

3) Electronic and Print media reports are my third priority, as almost all nations have certain rules for broadcasting a particular news. They cannot violate those rules, as it would be risky for them to violate any rules made by their concerned governments. They also have a process to verify a particular content/news before they begin the broadcasting.
