Our global hair and beauty client Sally Salon Services is already the leader in their field, with their professional and business arm offering the leading trade card for the industry in over 80 stores in the UK, the trade card entitles holders to discount prices across the Salon Services range of products, and has proved to be immensely popular.

But there were still some people in the industry that hadn’t signed up for the trade card, and were missing out on great offers. So Sally Salon Services tasked RBH with overhauling their regular direct mail promotions to provide increased standout among the huge amount of mailing that get delivered to their consumers every week.

We redesigned their mailer packs, from content to envelope, resulting in harder working creative that hair and beauty professionals couldn’t ignore. Which just goes to show, even titans of industry can benefit from our design know-how.
