Capturing rugby’s energy — in a single line.
Back in 2022, I had the pleasure of creating a one-line drawing for the Ligue Nationale de Rugby, designed to wrap around the reception desk of their new Paris headquarters.
The brief was to represent the full spectrum of a rugby team — from the backline to the front row — illustrating each position and gesture in a continuous, flowing movement.
A line to express the unity, rhythm, and collective strength of the game.
This project sits at the crossroads of illustration, signage, and spatial identity — and seeing the piece installed so beautifully by Déco Ader was a real highlight.
