ABOUT

14 July, 2015. Award-winning, international branding agency, Lambie-Nairn, has appointed Claire Holmes to the newly created role of Head of Strategy, London. This is a promotion from her current role as Strategy Director and will be effective immediately.

The move follows the recent promotion of Lisa Hill to Managing Director, Northern Europe.

Holmes, who has been at Lambie-Nairn for ten years, has played a key role in building the UK business and has worked across many of the agency’s key clients including the International Olympic Committee, O2, UCL, the Natural History Museum and Telefónica. Her promotion is a natural step in the on-going development of Lambie-Nairn’s strategic offering, and she will continue to grow and mentor the strategy team.

Most recently, Claire played an integral role in producing global research – ‘The Brand Growth Matrix*’ – in collaboration with Millward Brown, Lambie-Nairn and The Partners. The report proves the positive relationship between brand value growth and brand proposition and identity.

Holmes began her marketing career client side, working for Britvic and Esso before she moved to Ogilvy where, as a senior planner, she worked across leading international brands including Unilever, PepsiCo and GSK.

Lisa Hill, Lambie-Nairn’s Managing Director Northern Europe said:
"I am delighted to announce Claire’s promotion. She is a key member of our team, developing dynamic brand strategy solutions, whilst working closely with the creative team to bring them to life. She has a fantastic pedigree and her career history speaks for itself. She not only blends business and strategic leadership, she is also truly committed to creativity, her clients, and the agency as a whole.”
