About me
Over my employment career I've worked in various technical and challenging telecommunications environments. Through successful participation I found these experiences, both as an individual and as part of a team, inspired me to enrol on a BSc programme. My initial enquiries were carried out by simultaneously teaching myself the required mathematics and reading popular science texts/journals of various disciplines (physics, astronomy, technology, biology, physiology, genetics, philosophy of science, etc), and has progressed through to the completion of a science foundation year (awarded top student) and a self-funded physical sciences degree (BSc Honours, IOP accredited).
I currently work a communication website promoting various aspects of science for an online audience. This involves keeping up to date with latest research and innovation using academic databases, journals and attending public university lectures. I have a passion for learning, science, tech innovation and art.
