For Invisible Petitions, a real message written by a woman asking for protection was blown up to the size of a building, its headline taken from her own words: "I don't want to die". It was placed in prominent OOH advertising locations, showing the authorities and the public the brutal reality of gender-based violence. The real petition was shown on an apartment in the Zincirlikuyu neighborhood, a prime location in Istanbul. It was meant to remain there for one week but was pulled down within 12 hours. Nonetheless, it made the national news in Turkey and was shared by thousands of people and celebrities on social media, and the message was displayed on buildings across other regions of Turkey.
