My first job in advertising - despite how ridiculous my hair looks when tied in a bun - was that of librarian at a large London agency. A few criminally irresponsible people at work told me that I should really be a copywriter. And so, being appallingly susceptible to flattery, I became a copywriter. I've since worked for, and freelanced at, agencies across Britain - winning recognition for my writing at D&AD and other regional, national and international awards. I swear I'll never stop writing. NEVER. I don't care how many signatures are on that damned petition.
