ABOUT
The artwork was created in Illustrator and then imported in After Effects to animate the layers.
The spirals and the strokes were animated by creating shapes from vector layers and then used the trim paths to animate their position.
The project was then switched from Classic 3D to Ray-Traced 3D which allowed my vectors to be extruded to a certain depth.
A camera was then added to the scene to get different views.
It was then rendered to png sequences and imported to add the motion blur, depth of field and chromatic abberation.
