While I worked at Made Media, I led on a project to redevelop the user experience for customers booking restaurants through the website. Bookings can be made individually or as part of the ticketing purchase pathway when booking seats for an event. This project involved working closely with colleagues across development and design as well as with a number of teams within the client organisation to ensure that the project met everyone's needs.
