Azmont Investments wanted to attract Russian investors and property buyers to luxury development Portonovi, Montenegro, so their strategic design agency, Sectorlight partnered with LEAP for specialist language and studio production services. LEAP takes an integrated approach to marketing production which allows for a seamless, account managed workflow covering language as well as design services.

Sectorlight outlined their requirements and provided the English language copy for three comprehensive brochures – one for investors, another for hosts and a third for those seeking general information. They also provided details for a press ad, the website’s legal statements and privacy policy as well as rules for beach and pool use on in-situ signage.

LEAP’s highly vetted network of in-market copywriters includes those with specialist expertise in the luxury sector. The Language Account Managers interpreted the brief through the lens of language and culture to provide the in-market copywriters with the guidance they would need to achieve the client’s desired results.

LEAP provided translation for the legal statements and privacy policy and transcreation for the other elements of the project. They ensured that the Russian text embodied the brand values of understated luxury and reflected the tone of voice needed to express nuances of meaning across the range of information for the different audiences. For the brochures, the copywriters needed to appeal to investors on an emotional and financial level and inspire potential hosts with a desire for the luxury lifestyle whereas guests of the facilities simply required clear and concise information for waterfront use.
