ABOUT

Concept
G&P Property (formerly Gildersleve & Payne) is a long-established commercial property agency specialising in industrial, office and retail space. The client required a complete brand refresh, including a new name and visual identity, to present a more modern, professional image and to support their growing presence across the South East. A new website was required to reflect this positioning and provide a more functional, user-friendly platform for clients and internal users alike.

Execution
I was responsible for defining the scope of the project, producing the design and technical brief, creating the site structure and content and overseeing delivery in collaboration with graphic designers and web developers. The website was developed as a bespoke PHP build to ensure design flexibility and long-term scalability. It features a clean, responsive layout, an advanced property search with filtering by type and location, enquiry forms, shareable content and an integrated map-based listing system. A key focus was on usability, both for the end user and for the G&P team, who now manage property uploads and site content independently via a tailored CMS. The rebrand centred around a new logo and simplified name, aligning the company’s digital presence with its reputation for professional, knowledgeable service.

Results
The completed website has significantly enhanced G&P Property’s market presence, positioning the business more credibly within the commercial property sector. The client has reported improved engagement, increased enquiries and greater confidence when directing prospective clients to the site. The content management system has also enabled the team to maintain and update the website efficiently, supporting weekly property uploads and news activity. As a continuation of this project, I also manage their LinkedIn social media account.
