My aim was to capture this iconic building on the south coast using a contemporary digital medium but with a period feel. It was only after many visits that I finally saw the angle I wanted to capture to also include the new developments along the promenade, I wasn't afraid to crop the building too along the left hand edge, feeling that this made for the best composition. In fact no one has mentioned the crop. The DLWP are keen to not just sell this as a print (along with my last years Royal Sovereign Lighthouse entry to CP) but we are talking various merchandising ideas.
