A short and strange film about how having too much power can destroy you. Don't be fooled by the title. The devil himself is very alluring.
The character is sucking all the fun from the fair, and all the magic and colour is displayed within her physical beauty and colourful garments. The popcorn is just a representation of sugar coated lies and deception portrayed by people in powerful positions and the condition of the fair shows damage that power can do. The end portrays the character absorbing all the power she can resulting in her demise.
