ABOUT

‘Banned and celebrated, prescribed by physicians and outlawed by priests, a drink of Kings and criminals, artists, monks and muftis. Jealously smuggled or kindly given. It has travelled the entire planet. – It is coffee. Africa’s greatest gift to the world.’

Russia’s most enthusiastic and inclusive coffee chain Cofix has opened its first flagship Street Food Store designed by JHP in Moscow’s Aviapark.

The new 120 M2 Cofix Street Food Store like the Brand itself is based on Stylish simplicity. It is a ‘no nonsense’ solution founded on modularity and clarity of purpose. Clear zoning and spatial definition allow for introduction of new three-function counter for street food offer. Upon entering the colour palette of the interior is a subtle blend of the Brand’s Black, white and grey with a striking accent of Orange reflecting Cofix’s active urban dynamic culture.

The Cofix fit-out and equipment were designed to operate on a plug and play basis with maximum ease of installation, assembly and relocation. The entire system can be easily sourced anywhere in the world and built quickly, efficiently and economically which is extremely important for Cofix’s franchisees.

The entire experience is Dynamic and Sharp without no pretense of exclusivity. It is upliftingly democratic and empowering. It is bold, it is as progressive as it is inclusive.
