I joined Leaders (one of the UK’s largest property companies) as the National Design Manager, at the start of an integration project into a wider business group.

Drawing on my brand-merging project experience, I expanded the internal Design Studio, introduced more robust ‘larger company’ processes, and transitioned them successfully into the Leaders Romans Group.

My main project during this 2-year period was to review, strip down and perform a full redesign and rebrand of the full Marketing Suite, Sub-Brands and all supporting POS and Digital Marketing Material.

My Key Successes were;

• Redesigning the full Marketing Suite.
• Recruiting and training 3 new Graphic Designers.
• Rewriting the company Brand Guidelines.
• Integrating 3D Modelling into our POS material.
• Reworking the Design Process to reflect ‘larger company’ practices, following the astonishingly rapid growth of Leaders (doubling the branch total from 60 to 120 in 2 years).
