Concept:
As Miladys is a female focused fashion retailer who "gets women". They celebrate all female focused occasions. For 2017 Miladys wanted to create a more emotive campaign that would touch their customers hearts and create engagement and sell gifting over the two week period leading up to Mother's Day.

Execution:
Retentions strategy:
Emotive videos where created around the Mother's Day campaign "Thank you Mom" with staff expressing what their mothers mean to them. A SMS, weekly emailers with gifting and emotive messaging. Social media posts, digital statements where sent out during the campaign.

Attraction Strategy: Colour in Cards where created and distributed to national schools with a R50 voucher for Moms to shop at Miladys. Florist cards where created for florist to send out with floral arrangements for Mother's Day with R50 vouchers to try entice new trialists to Miladys. Give-aways on Social Media platforms.
An online catalogue of all Miladys Mother's Day gifts was created.

Results:
Gained new customers, sold gifting product and gained followers on social media platforms
