The 2016 Huawei Cloud Congress (HCC) was held in the Mercedes Benz Arena from the 31th of August to the 2nd of September and gathered thousands of worldwide personalities. For the second time in a row, G2S assisted Havas Sports & Entertainment in their collaboration with HCC to provide various screen content on the 58m wide screen made of 48 screens, 45 of which were moving thanks to a motorized kinetic system. In addition, we provided the entire live feed set up with 12 operator cameras and 5 photographs. All the keynotes and press conferences were streamed live on the internet by the company during the 3 days. We also filmed and photographed the event itself to produce the post-event wrap up video, which included drone filming. G2S assisted to design several of the keynote presentations as well.
