Responsible for creative and design direction, idea generation and execution of design, imagery and content across all M&S’ digital channels, spanning over 50 territories – main website, international websites, mobile, email, affiliate and external marketing/media. Lead the 40+ strong in-house digital creative and imagery team. Planned and organised the creative process, creative output and delivery. Ensured world-class delivery across all digital channels to the highest creative and aesthetic quality standards, on time, against KPI’s and in line with the M&S brand positioning and strategy.
