We were commissioned to produce a training animation helping Roche’s sales team to understand how to speak with nurses etc about their behaviour and slowly but surely influence their decision making. The project was a challenge as the usual e-learning animation explainer style just would not work that well in communicating the subtleties of the message. In the end we combined 3D and 2D animation to produce a fluid animation drawing on visual references to DNA as a subtle nod to the sector and viewer.
