We have created a completely new HR product – Isobar Explorer – which allows potential employees to remotely explore the new workplace using a remote-controlled rover.

THE RESULTS
Results within the 14 days of the campaign:
- 7,690 individual users visiting Isobar Explorer's website.
- 6 minutes – average time spent on the site by a user.
- 2,000 decided to continue down the consumer route from the campaign to our case-studies page.
- 300 users were able to control the Explorer, the longest queue to control the Explorer - 60 people. In total the Explorer covered 6.5 km.

THE CHALLENGE
Despite the general economic slowdown, advertising agencies and technology companies are continuing to develop and therefore must constantly strive to find the best employees on the market.

THE SOLUTION
During the campaign you could register on the Isobar Explorer website to take control of the rover and audio-visual communication.
Then the user was able to visit the agency office, talk to its employees, collect samples of everyday work in the form of Case Studies and leave their CV - which, thanks to the initial contact was no longer anonymous. The Isobar Explorer is not only our agency’s recruitment and self-promotion campaign, but also a pilot project to implement our services to other employers on the Polish and foreign markets. Isobar decided to test this solution on ourselves first, and in the near future we intend to offer a ready-to-implement solution for our customers, which will complement the traditional recruitment process.
