A fitness training business logo design. From a pre-existing logo design, it has been redone through Adobe Illustrator alongside individual characters for the brand text allowing for increased manipulation in Adobe After Effects over its animations.
Playing with over lapping effects and coordinating their animation properties with careful keyframing and easing, I came up with several different ideas. I set the pace by enlarging the text and crossing each brand text word to race past one another then decided the logo should come in to act as the central transition. I added a ´Glow´ to the logo in tandem with keyframed scaling and bounced it´s start and end position whilst lowering the glow properties. In addition to this, I also added a ´Motion Tile´ effect with raised Output Height values as the logo shrank and faded into position. The design closes with the brands 2nd word text using a ´Scatter´ effect that depletes in it´s values until it becomes readable and steady.
