ABOUT
Room re-design - 1. Consider the existing furniture: desk/drawers on wheels/executive chair/guest chairs/low cabinets/lounge seating in the following setting: grey tiles/white walls.
2. Walls: to include North and East feature walls – shade of dark grey is recommended. Ceiling: to keep white but give a drywall brushed texture for a finished design effect.
3. Office Furniture: addition of library with sliding door behind the executive desk, walnut imitation for warm feeling. Wall shelves on the North wall as a decorative & functional element, and to balance out the walnut colour.
4. Lounge furniture: addition of x2 small coffee tables, white/black to go with the colour scheme of the room.
5. Decorative elements: previously mentioned wall shelves in walnut, plant on the cabinets, and painting on South wall (for lounge area). Please note that it is possible to exchange positions of the wall shelving and the paintings, however this is up to the client. It is advised to consider maximising full functionality of said decorative elements when deciding where to place them. Rug added in the lounge area to ‘separate’ from the rest of the office and give a more casual setting.
6. Others: door framing in a walnut colour to balance out the walnut colour as much as possible. To add blinds if desired & within budget.
