Seasonal branded collections of handbags which complimented the footwear ranges and adhered to market trends whilst creating a branded proposition, covering all pricing strategies from top tier to bottom tier distributions.
Project management of the collections from concept through to sign off.
Increased the leather, synthetic mix each season from 30% to upwards of 70% leather with the remaining being nylon and synthetic mix in order to maintain lower price points for APAC and US distributions.
Seasonal strategy planning with marketing and footwear to create a brand vision.
