About me
I lead the User Experience team at Blueleaf, an award winning ecommerce agency. We create digital strategies, websites and in-store experiences for retailers including Laura Ashley, Next, Travelex, Graham & Brown and Life Style Sports, in addition to engaging content websites for brands such as Red Bull.
My role begins with analysing your digital offering, finding out what your users are doing with a variety of techniques to discover what's working and what's not. My focus is always on improving the UX to boost conversion rate or whatever other metric is important to your business. This involves aspects such as customer journeys, information architecture, responsive prototypes, user interaction design and even copywriting.
I'm also an experienced international speaker, having presented at conferences in London, Manchester, New York and Romania, most notably for Future of Web Design.
