Situated in new licensed development of C3 in City Walk, Dubai, the restaurant brief was to convert an old retail outlet, and develop a new brand and interior space to targeting affluent professionals and social butterflies.

The restaurant would be a steakhouse with a twist; taking the unique global perspective of a restauranteur growing up in Dubai all his life, borrowing flavours and styles from around the world. Alongside would be served high cocktails, also with their own twist, and a cellar of wines

The original space contained many brutalist features; vast glazing panels, concrete pillars and an expansive 6m ceiling - all typically hidden and fabricated over by tenants which we were keen to preserve and celebrate, and to retain the sense of grand space whilst also making a venue that felt intimate.

Alongside the interiors, the branding was commissioned and wanted to speak of the owners love for food and attract everyone from students at the university, working professionals and residents alike.
