De Beers approached Somo to raise the profile of the “For You, Forever” service, which allows visitors to craft their own diamond engagement ring, and to create a luxury in-store experience that reflects the elegance and expertise of the De Beers brand.
Somo designed a beautiful iPad application as a sales tool for brand ambassadors in-store. The app allows clients to create their own De Beers ring – by selecting their individual diamond, choosing a style and adapting their requirements, for instance choosing the colour of gold. The strikingly crafted tool enhances the consumer experience in-store, showcasing the diamond range in an elegant and inspiring manner while driving sales. The app paid for itself in just two weeks.
