THE BACKGROUND
Flourishing letting agent, Zest Residential, needed to present constantly changing information to landlords in a professional manner that also represented the businesses own progression and modern approach.

THE SOLUTION
Not wanting to destroy their existing brand recognition, I ‘polished’ their existing logo, employing negative space to create a graphic that could also work in a solid colour, adding in some tweaked text for that bespoke touch.

I then developed a collection of individual inserts and bespoke folder, using big blocks of contrasting colours to complement the style of the logo, adding a magnetic fastening to the folder for that final upper class touch.

Not forgetting the little things, I also created new stationery items and a sales leaflet in line with the updated identity.
