Concept creation and design to show the process of Autologous Stem Cell Transplantation in an infographic style for a print document (which was then also used online).
I devised a roll out quad fold A5 booklet to display this, then created the remaining pages for the booklet which also included a page on interactive slide out pop-up book style infographics and more design, layout and infographics.
Note: This is not the final design, it was revised further after this by Blue Latitude Health.
