An incredibly complex project worked collaboratively with a project manager, copy writer and story board artist to create highly detailed customer journey maps for Telstra, a national Australian telecom company.
The main maps were printed out at 3 metres long by 1 metre high.
Powerpoint presentation and brochures accompanied the journey's.
