Smith+Nephew wanted to change that and spotlight PICO, their single-use negative pressure wound therapy system that helps ensure optimal healing after surgery.

Cut like a sports campaign, The film draws parallels between elite athletes, dedicated professionals surgical mastery through a shared heartbeat. All defined by focus, control and the relentless pursuit of perfection right up to the finishing moments.
The Work
A high-impact modular film blending cinematic footage, bold typography, and multi-voiceover storytelling, supported by social cutdowns and short surgeon monologues. Each voice unpacks the inner dialogue of professionals who refuse to compromise and strive for the best.
The Impact
The campaign positioned PICO as more than a postoperative tool, it became a symbol of professional confidence. A movement for those who demand precision in everything they do.
