Rathbones carries a legacy spanning over 300 years, a story of trust, expertise, and enduring relationships. After combining with Investec Wealth & Investment in 2024, their increased scale and ambition to reach a new generation of investors meant that the business needed a new brand identity that both respected its 300-year heritage and looked towards a confident, modern future. The brief was to evolve the brand and build a digital-first identity with greater distinctiveness across all touchpoints. Objectives were clear and measurable: improve brand standout in a category defined by sameness, increase perceived modernity and energy, give internal teams a coherent, meaningful visual system and strengthen alignment to the new people-centred purpose, ‘Invest well. Live well.’
