Ava is a Graphic Designer with a unique account management and strategy skill set. After an enriching career exploring both roles, she has committed to design full time and is excited about opportunities back home in Melbourne.

Upon completing a Bachelor of Advertising at RMIT Melbourne with distinction, Ava joined Hello I'm Venus as a Junior Art Director. As well as working exclusively on live briefs, she initiated the "Venus Passion Project"​ to renew the agency's working culture and was praised for her inexhaustible enthusiasm and creative ideas. As a permanent creative role was not available upon completion of her contract, the team created a full time Account Coordinator role for Ava, which also utilised her creative background.

After an extremely rewarding year as a creative suit, she moved to Tokyo. Her travels gave her several opportunities to continue completing successful design and branding projects.
