ABOUT
Illustrations are commonly used in archaeology to depict the typical past life of archaeological sites in single images or series of images. Such archaeological windows are particularly popular for craft activities, as they quickly explain to the viewer the appearance and function of the object or tool. A lot of other information can also be added to the picture to help understand how people lived in the period, such as clothing, traditional costumes and house construction.
Drawn with a blue crayon and digitally coloured, the end result is a beautiful vintage look.
