In this industrial XX century open space, situated at the last level of a
6 storeys height building in the energetic Republic area in Paris
this project means to create a flexible work and comfortable private space at the same time.
Using light steel structures to divide the space into separates small units where to host
the private activity, like to cook, to refresh, to sleep, different from to work and to meet
that is concentrated in the main open space and the new mezzanine.
A De Stijl patterned wall works as the photo shoot equipment store with and wooden mobile walls allow
the ever-changing work organization together with the daily dining and living set up.
The leitmotiv of the interior design composition is the flexibility inside the Modern Movement poetry
which I tried to reproduce using some Mondrian signs and using the Breuer linear furniture within
some Vitra recent products.
