ABOUT
Having worked with Wigmore Hall in the past, we were delighted when they selected us to overhaul their digital presence and redesign the website with custom Tessitura integration. With the aim of increasing ticket sales, provide customers with rich content, increase traffic to the site and grow gift aid donation, Wigmore Hall selected AD to for the project.
With lots of experience in web design for the arts sector and with Tessitura integration, we applied both together to create this masterpiece that is Wigmore Hall.
In the beginning our team worked closely with the team at Wigmore Hall to get a feel for their venue and objectives to aid the design process and with our collaborative approach, we were able to conduct insightful stakeholder workshops and conduct keyword research to identify areas for growth.
User story mapping then followed to uncover the most popular purchase patterns which would help with the design of a visually attractive website which reflected the quality of the venue.
As one of only two Tessitura capable web agencies in the UK, our team were able to ensure a seamless end result for Wigmore Hall. As a result, visitors can now benefit from a streamlined step-by-step process to select and book tickets with minimum effort and maximum customer satisfaction.
The website is now visually attractive, user friendly which reflects the prestige and quality of Wigmore Hall. Now offering an optimal user experience, visitors can add events to their Wish List, use the advanced search facility to locate events and can download songs and albums with ease.
We are delighted to have launched this website and look forward to continuing to work with the Wigmore team.
Graeme Pratt, Delivery Director at AD said: "The launch of the Wigmore Hall website is a real exemplar of a partnership and collaboration between client and supplier. The Wigmore Hall site is by far the most sophisticated integration of Tessitura we have done to date and pushes what the system can do. This innovative integration focuses on best use of the technology and we are all delighted with the end result."
