Starting out as a front-end developer on the Siemens grad scheme in 1999, he soon realised advertising was his calling. Ad life began at then start-up Digitas in 2000. A few years later, he found himself at another start-up called, Dare. He is immensely proud to have been part of the team that won Campaign’s “Digital Agency of the Year” three times in a row and “Digital Agency of the Decade.”
This grounding allowed him to set up Sproston Green 8 years ago to provide ad hoc consultancy and short term freelance expertise in digital creative production, digital strategy and digital operations for brands and agencies.
An entrepreneur at heart, Paul co-founded and launched , SATELLITE75, a new generation social and digital content marketing agency in 2015. A re-brand and re-focus for the business in 2018 saw the agency become 7&5 a creative and technology focused business and with it a new model of working and engaging with clients.
Paul was fortunate to be part of the first group of sixteen industry leaders to complete the inaugural IPA Business Leadership Program and for the last 15 years has been practicing the art of Bonsai when he gets any spare time.
