Uloba works to ensure that those of us who need assistance can live free and independent lives with citizen-controlled personal assistance (PA). Uloba – Independent Living Norge SA is a non-profit organisation established as a cooperative society. Our goal is a world in which people with disabilities can participate in all areas of society.
Uloba is the Norwegian Independent Living organisation, with an ideology based on disability being a phenomenon created by society and not a characteristic of the individual.
