A curated showcase of premium architectural visualizations, high-end 3D residential renderings, and interactive property marketing assets developed and delivered for the UK and international real estate markets.

Rather than acting as a solo production artist, my role across these campaigns was defined by End-to-End Creative Project Management, Studio Operations, and Client Liaison during my 9-year tenure with CGI Design in London.

Key Responsibilities & Operational Scope:

- Pipeline & Resource Management: Structured, mapped, and monitored production workflows for a multidisciplinary in-house team of up to ten 3D artists, ensuring seamless delivery across multiple concurrent property campaigns.

- Vendor & Freelance Management: Sourced, onboarded, and managed an extensive network of remote freelancers and outsourced specialists. Coordinated deliverables, managed remote contractor workflows, and maintained strict accountability across distributed teams to scale studio capacity dynamically based on project loads.

- Client & Stakeholder Liaison: Served as the primary strategic bridge between property developers, corporate real estate agencies, architectural consultancies, and our internal production studio—translating complex blueprints and design briefs into actionable technical specs.

- Quality Assurance & Spatial Precision: Oversaw strict quality control benchmarks, ensuring that final lighting, texturing, materiality, and spatial depth met both the rigorous aesthetic demands of premium marketing and exact architectural plans.

- Timeline & Budget Control: Utilised Agile and lean management methodologies to mitigate project bottlenecks, protect delivery margins, and ensure hard launch deadlines were flawlessly met.
