*In light of the weight of previous themes, this issue explores a notion that may carry us into Spring on a positive note – to a higher state of mind, and to a better version of ourselves. There's a fantastic cover story dedicated to the dreamers among us by Laura Marie Cieplik for Chanel Haute Couture SS17, with creative direction and set design by Kaduri Elyashar and styling by Jonathan Huguet. The new issue travels around the world on Solar Impulse 2, the world's first solar plane, takes a sneak peek into the lives of the privileged, and features a never-before published photo essay by American photographer Anna Gaskell, tracing her clairvoyant conversations with her siblings.

Elsewhere, interviews include the author and historian Yuval Noah Harari and director Luca Guadagnino, a photo-essay by Japan’s most sought after young photographer Kayo Ume, breathtaking drone photography from around the world, and a showcase on the dark, witty language of the Irish artist Geneive Figgis. PLUS, read about the mystical stories behind the mythological birds of hidden worlds and read author Natasha Fraser-Cavassoni’s fond memories of the iconic photographer Horst P. Horst accompanied by exclusive photography from his new book ‘Around That Time’. Discover new heights – of the human body, technology, mythology, mind-expansion, aesthetics and space in this new Spring/Summer 2017 issue.
