MCP Consulting Group is a UK based asset management and business improvement specialist consultancy that provides maintenance, reliability and asset management solutions on a worldwide basis.


Problem

As a result of winning the Queens Award for Enterprise: International Trade 2016, the new MCP website was part of a wider project that included the repositioning, rebranding and relaunching the company to change the perception of the business.

The existing B2B website was non-responsive and out-of-date – it did not reflect the current business structure or service offer. Therefore, the new business strategy and plan informed the website structure and customer journeys.

The solution required a state of the art responsive website which would provide a tailored interface, accessible from standard desktops through to smartphone devices.


Solution

The responsive site is highly usable in design with an easy to navigate layout. The MCP has a broad service offer, so it had to be clear what each particular section of the site contained to offer a greater user experience.
The CMS allows MCP to update visitors about their service offer, new clients and project success stories and changes as they happen. The facility gives MCP complete control over the content from a single CMS admin area.
