-I am a fun loving and extremely hardworking Senior Operations / Production Director / Creative Services Director / Integrated Delivery Director / Resource Management individual with strong all round knowledge of the industry and an immense amount of enthusiasm and passion for the job. I am a great team player with superb man management and motivational skills, with the ability and gravitas to take tough decisions, to deliver on deadlines, restructure, change manage and organise all agency delivery departments for all integrated multi channel programmes, working with traditional and the latest creative project delivery methodologies.

I have superb communication skills, with the ability to build business-focused relationships whilst remaining constructive and supportive. I also have strong planning, strategic and organisation skills, with the ability to prioritise, manage and deliver high volume workloads from multiple streams within any in-house or agency environment through all channels and mediums putting the user or customer at the heart.

My strong creative, tech and project delivery background enables me to bridge the gap easily between the creative, design,(UX/UI) analytics, development, delivery and account teams while being sensitive to all sides.
