An online portal where single or multiple people can create and share VR experiences. From ‘White water rafting, ‘African Safari’ or exploring a guided tour of MoMA gallery in New York, the portal will offer many experiences from adventure, education and travel.

The name comes from Portuguese explorer ‘Vasco Nunez de Balboa’ who was the first European to see the eastern shore of the Pacific Ocean. He sighted the ocean in 1513 from a mountaintop in what is now Panama.

I really liked the strong visual image of him standing on a mountain to see his goal, getting to the best position to ‘see’. The name also has a human element and somehow sounds a little like a technology company.

The concept, name, branding and all design are my own.
