About me

I work currently as a manager for Mencap, and edit a cultural journal. I have a contact book full of good writers and photographers.

I have worked as a freelance subeditor at The Guardian, The Sunday Times and Independent on Sunday newspapers. I have worked on a variety of desks and supplements, including the Arts, Film and Features desks. I have also worked as a section editor of a national music magazine. I am currently studying for a master's degree in Literature.

I have lots of experience of using InCopy, InDesign and Quark, as well as a wealth of general office skills and the ability to use MS Office programmes. I also have plenty of experience writing promotional copy.
