About me

Simon Hodgkiss - 3D Generalist

I have been working in CG for the last 18 years, during this time I
have worked in Games as a Lead Artist and Lead Animator and in Post
Production as a CG Supervisor, 3D Generalist, Animation Director and
Character Specialist. I enjoy working as part of a team or leading a
team which I have done so during my career. Over the last 18 years I
have used all the leading 3d packages as both a animator and artist,
these include Softimage XSI, Maya, 3dsmax & Cstudio and Lightwave
and Modo. With my experience spread over many areas I'm able to adopt
working in busy environments but also have the knowledge to solve
production tasks and challenges. My main strengths are in Animation and
Characters but I very much a Generalist covering all areas in
production.
